I just signed a petition to Yvo de Boer, who is running UN climate change negotiations, I hope that you’ll do so too here:
http://www.one.org/international/climate/?rc=climatetaf
Leaders are coming together later this year to sign a new agreement on climate change – a new Kyoto treaty. The negotiations for this agreement are taking place in a few weeks. We need to let Yvo de Boer know that at those negotiations he should consider the need to help countries adapt to climate change. Reducing emissions will slow climate change, but we still need to be read to deal with the consequences of the damage that’s already been done.
Thanks,
John Malloy
